    In my most recent travel to the west coast, I found a great site that allowed for me to better prepare for my trip by reading the reviews on Las Vegas hotels and finding vegan alternatives in the midst of the heavily condensed buffet zone. At Axum, I've never had drier, nastier injera in my life. This site has a nice summary of vegetarian/vegan nutrition concerns, and a long list of health conditions (from asthma to varicose veins) that are known to be improved by a vegetarian or vegan diet.
